Shipping Info
- Orders from within Germany: Shipped insured through Hermes Logistik (€ 4,00) with tracking number - provided to you on request

- Achtung: DHL-"Packstationen" oder Postfächer können von uns nicht beliefert werden!

- Orders from within the EU / world-wide: Shipped as insured registered mail (€ 6,50 / € 9,50) with "Deutsche Post" tracking number - provided to you also on request

- We don't gain profit from postage - the prices are only those charged by "Deutsche Post" and "Hermes"

- All orders outside Germany are shipped via air-mail / priority when available, for fastest possible delivery
Return Policy
We accept returns within a period of 14 days (according to EU law). This period starts with receiving the goods. The costs of sending back the goods will be taken by the customer up to the amount of 40 € worth of goods. The paid money will be transferred back to you once we receive the goods (please send name of your bank, account number etc.). Items that show signs of use are exempt from returning. Any complaints must be made within a period of 30 days after receiving the goods. In case of errors on our side, we will accept the costs for sending the goods back to us. Don’t send us goods without contacting us in advance. Only send registered letters or parcels!
